STRONG Beginner
Our 45 minute class designed for our new STRONG Humans to break down the barriers. Your instructor will take the time to introduce you to our Rowformer and show you proper technique. At the end of the session, work through a Pilates flow to ensure you feel comfortable and confident with our STRONG method.
